What is Nothing But Real?
In the world of Nothing But Real, the balance between light and shadow, good and evil, is at the heart of the story. It’s a world where every emotion is a battle between the opposing forces that shape reality. This fragile balance is explored through the eyes of Sakar, a creature from another world who observes the complexities of our own existence.
In this universe, nothing is simple, everything is duality.
The origins of SAKAR
Sakar’s origin and arrival on Earth make him the central pillar of this universe.
Endowed with immense powers, he embodies the perpetual quest for truth and balance.
Sakar is a rare and powerful being from the planet Ogiria. This planet is inhabited by two major ethnic groups, the Okry and the Arzk, who, although very different, share a common fear: that of hybrids like Sakar. These beings, born from the union of the Okry and the Arzk, possess limitless powers and are perceived as a threat to the fragile balance between the two peoples.
It was this fear that led to Sakar’s rejection and exile.
The Villains: the Dark Heart of Mankind
While Sakar is the thread that runs through the narrative, the Villains are the dark heart of this universe. They represent humanity’s worst traits, taken to the extreme. These entities are not mere adversaries; they are the personification of the internal struggles that every human being goes through. Shadow embodies lies, Snake Eyes manipulation and seduction, Red Fire anger and Scars Crow violence.
Although visible only to Sakar, their actions and influence are very real. They sow discord, anger and mistrust among humans.
At the top of this hierarchy is Death Wings, a fearsome entity that embodies the sum of all these vices.
Death Wings is the ultimate personification of evil in the Nothing But Real universe. Capable of manipulating and corrupting even the most resilient, he is the shadow behind every villain, the common thread running through the suffering inflicted on humans.
Through his actions, he shows that Sakar’s struggle is not simply against physical adversaries, but against the dark forces that inhabit every human being.
SHADOW is the embodiment of lies. Calm and calculating, he rarely speaks, but every word is weighed and menacing. He manipulates his environment and the people around him with disconcerting ease.

SNAKE EYES are the embodiment of manipulation and seduction. An insidious duo, embodying manipulation and seduction in their most deceptive forms, their bewitching appearance and gentle words conceal a malicious intent, always seeking to control and dupe their prey.

RED FIRE is the embodiment of anger and impatience. His voice is deep and husky. His words are often sharp and incisive. With his body language always tense, his fists clenched in anticipation of a fight, Red Fire is always ready to explode.

SCARS CROW is the embodiment of intense, unrelenting anger. His voice is hoarse and deep, full of resentment and pent-up anger. His words are direct and often threatening. A complex and fearsome character, Scars Crow is the symbol of an ongoing inner struggle.
🎶 Favourite song ‘SCARS AND BURDENS’
DEATH WINGS is a silent but palpable menace. He speaks in a soft, calm voice but conceals his true nature. His words are carefully chosen, often tinged with dark humour and subtle threats.

The Oracle and the Sentinels
Sakar’s strength doesn’t just lie within himself; it’s rooted in three distinct entities that form the basis of his power: the Sentinels. These entities – Awakening, Absolute Truth and Infinity – give Sakar immeasurable power.
They watch over him, accompanying him on his quest to understand and, perhaps, save humanity from its own demons.
At Sakar’s side is The Oracle, an entity whose role is to act as a messenger between the visible and the invisible.
Masked to protect his identity and to play on his duality – between light and darkness – The Oracle is the interpreter who guides Sakar. It is he who translates Sakar’s observations and reflections into a voice that human creatures can understand.
The lore
Exile and crash on Earth
Banished from Ogiria, Sakar drifts through space until he is drawn by a mysterious force towards Earth. On entering the atmosphere, his ship is badly damaged and crashes in a remote part of the planet. As a result of the crash, Sakar loses not only some of his physical strength, but also three symbols on his chest that contain the essence of his power.
Meet the Snake Eyes
Barely out of his damaged capsule, Sakar is approached by the Snake Eyes, a female duo who are as seductive as they are treacherous. Taking advantage of Sakar’s confusion, they lead him to believe that he is safe, but their real intention is to trap and hunt him down. This first encounter, full of deception, marks the start of a series of confrontations that will reveal to Sakar the true nature of this new world.
Meeting with Shadow and the liberation of Symbols
After escaping from the Snake Eyes, Sakar is drawn to a mysterious abandoned circus, a place that seems to appear out of nowhere, perhaps a mirage, perhaps an illusion created by Shadow himself. Curious and wary, Sakar ventures into this sinister place, where he is quickly plunged into a dark labyrinth.
He senses that his power is hidden here. Shadow, master of lies and betrayal, has scattered these symbols to keep them under his control.
To recover these symbols and restore his power, Sakar must free the former members of the Nothing But Real group one by one, who are themselves trapped in a maze.
Each liberation allows him to recover a symbol, and at the same time discover the first humans.
During the final confrontation with Shadow, Sakar, now strengthened by his new-found power, pushes Shadow aside, not yet realising what he has fallen into.
This victory marks the beginning of his understanding of humans and the complexity of their world.
The awakening of knowledge
After recovering his symbols of power and confronting Shadow, Sakar feels a compelling need to understand humans and the world in which he finds himself. Despite his new-found power, he knows he lacks something essential to confront the villains: knowledge.
So Sakar begins to explore the libraries, the temples of human knowledge. He delves deep into the stacks, reading piles of books on subjects ranging from ancient history to modern science. Each book, each page, gives him a better understanding of human beings, their history, their conflicts, and the mistakes they continue to repeat. He immerses himself in literature, philosophy and even myths and legends, which often reflect humanity’s internal struggles.
But Sakar doesn’t just read. He quickly realised that to really grasp the rapid evolution of humanity, he needed to master modern technologies. He learns about computers and databases, and scours the Internet with a speed that only a being of his power could master. In the space of a few hours, he assimilates years of knowledge, from scientific advances to contemporary philosophical debates.
Thanks to this accelerated acquisition of knowledge, Sakar begins to understand the broad outlines of human evolution. He sees how humans have progressed technologically, but also how their worst traits – hatred, fear, greed – have persisted through the ages. Sakar is struck by the constant duality between humans’ potential for greatness and their tendency to self-destruct.
Armed with new knowledge, Sakar decides that he can no longer simply observe. He had to intervene, to understand why humans continued to follow this destructive path. And perhaps guide them towards a brighter future. But he knows that he will have to confront not only the villains, but also the worst aspects of humanity itself.
